Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy governs cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions on Sniffers. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Free Plan

The Pulse (Free) plan has no charges and does not require cancellation. You may delete your account at any time.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from the Settings page within the Sniffers app.
  • On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account is downgraded to the Pulse (Free) plan.
  • No further charges are made after cancellation.

4. Refunds

  • 24-hour refund window: If you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of the initial purchase or renewal charge, you may request a full refund. To request a refund, email legal@sniffers.app with your registered email address and the date of the charge.
  • After 24 hours: No refunds are issued once the billing cycle has started beyond the 24-hour window. This applies to both new subscriptions and renewals.
  • Partial refunds: We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.

5. Failed Payments & Grace Period

If a payment fails, Sniffers will attempt to notify you. A grace period of 2 days is provided before your account is downgraded to the Pulse (Free) plan. You may update your payment method during this period to avoid downgrade.

6. Disputes

For any billing disputes, contact us at legal@sniffers.app before initiating a chargeback. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 5 business days.
