1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sniffers.
2. Description of Service
Sniffers is a SaaS platform that ingests publicly available product reviews, performs AI-powered sentiment analysis, and provides an AI chat interface for querying that data. The service is provided by Sniffers, operated by Jayesh Tandon, Bengaluru, India.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- Authentication is handled by Clerk. You agree to Clerk's Terms of Service.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Sniffers offers three plans: Pulse (free), Clarity, and Command. Current pricing is listed at https://sniffers.app/#pricing.
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- You agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service for payment processing.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Use of Sniffers and any cancellations or refund requests are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy at https://sniffers.app/refund-and-cancellation.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Sniffers to scrape, reproduce, or redistribute third-party content in violation of those platforms' terms.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, access, or disrupt Sniffers' infrastructure.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
Sniffers and all associated trademarks, designs, and software are owned by Jayesh Tandon. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service during your subscription period.
8. Data & Privacy
Use of Sniffers is subject to our Privacy Policy at https://sniffers.app/privacy-policy.
9. Disclaimers
Sniffers is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of AI-generated analysis, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sniffers' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
